AI Hairstyle Changer provides AI-powered virtual try-on tools for hairstyles, hair colour, and nail art. Results are previews only and may differ from real-world salon outcomes.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits and payments

Some features require credits purchased through our pricing plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-transferable and, unless required by law, non-refundable once purchased. Guest usage may be limited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Upload photos of other people without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service
• Use the Service to harass, scam, or mislead others
• Resell access or automated access without our written permission

5. Your content

You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those photos as needed to provide the Service. Generated previews are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect AI accuracy, or that results will match an in-person salon experience.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
